Kay. You all know I don't generally clutter up my DA journal with anything but DA carp, but...

I found out about a story of which I'd not heard today, and I feel the need to shout it to the ends of the lands. Its the story of Sophie Lancaster and her boyfriend, who were assulted by a group of kids because they were dressed 'Goth'. Sophie died from her injuries 14 days after the assualt, and her boyfriend suffered from head injuries.

This has prompted an internet friend of mine, Demondaz, and his friends at Bizzare Magazine to create a message board to "share your experiences, show solidarity, offload your worries, and maybe come up with ideas for strategies to help stop the hate."

Which is awesome, (a small part of the reason I created Aunty Wicked Sanctuary, although in a more round about sort of way ^_^), and I'd hope that any of you who want to lend a supporting hand, will join.
